An Italian boy running to his middle age with his feet firmly planted on the ground but his head in the clouds, as many describe him.
He took his first steps in the world of flying in 2017 by becoming a paramotor pilot. He instantly recognised in air his element, an awareness that radically trasformed his life. Nurturing this passion for flying, Luigi became a paragliding pilot in 2018 and a powered hang-glider pilot in 2019. He is now one of the best-known pilots in his country and the image of various companies in the sector. Among these stands out Air-Italy, for which Luigi has been official pilot since 2020 and with whom he actively engages in the development and promotion of the art of Italian flying throughout the world.
Luigi lives the dream of ‘flying to live by living to fly’. He shares all his experiences with enthusiasm and competence with everyone he meets, pilots and future pilots alike. Luigi is always ready to perform aerobatic flying, or to show the simplicity of flying.
His words say a lot: “The exact moment I lift my feet off the ground, everything disappears, it’s just me in the present moment, complete and at peace… in a word, happy.”
